Patroller
Description
Due to continued growth of our Overhead Lines Department, TLI Group are recruiting for an Overhead lines Patroller for our expanding Department, based out of our Munster offices. Reporting to the Project Manager & the Patrolling Supervisor who will coordinate the crews ensuring the timely delivery of our Patrolling projects.
The Patroller is responsible for patrolling the Client (ESB) Electrical Networks for the purpose of identifying the work to be undertaken at each pole set location with an allocated Group.

Our Overhead lines team is based out of our Tralee HQ, but travel to and from site on will be a predominate part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Checks all lines for defects
Identifies work to be carried out on the Network System
Completes per checks at all pole set for condition of poles
Completes a Madison Bore Test on all poles
Knowledge of requires of poles to determine rot
Checks adjacent spans for condition
Identifies hazards on the Network
Ensures Health and Safety standards are observed
Reports all findings in a comprehensive manner so as to be determined by the client for the purposes of preparing the Bill of Quantities
