Description

Due to continued growth, our Cork office is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our expanding Client Payroll Bureau team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.

· Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.

· Administer pensions, health insurance and payroll deductions.

· Respond professionally to client and employee payroll queries.

· Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.

· Maintain a complete audit trail and document control procedures.

Key Requirements

· Minimum one year payroll administration experience.

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Strong communication and client service abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

· BrightPay experience desirable.

· IPASS qualification or willingness to undertake certification.

Additional Requirements

The role is permanent with flexible working, and may offer either full-time or part-time hours for a suitable candidate.
