Key Accountabilities

• Preparation of payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Calculations of payments
• Communicate with Dept managers on time records, commission, expenses, etc.
• Communicate with Payroll UK
• Submit information to Revenue
• Payroll admin (i.e. forms, payroll queries, etc.)
• Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous Payroll experience
• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadline, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have a good level of both written and spoken English
