Part-Time - Flexible Hours

P J Boyle Construction is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join its expanding company.

Skills

• Responsible for the preparation of weekly payroll.
• Preparation of payroll bank files.
• A knowledge of Payroll Software.
• Ensure that all Revenue Real Time Payroll Reporting and deadlines are met.
• Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS.
• Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel.
• Providing payslips for all employees.

Experience:

• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Payroll software 'Collsoft' or similar package experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

Job Type:

Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Salary: €15 per Hour
