 The Opportunity

A vacancy has arisen for a Payroll Specialist. This 12 month fixed term opportunity, will report to the Payroll Manager and join a team of seven operating high-volume payroll across Ireland, UK and International, operating in a fast-paced stakeholder focused automated environment. 

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:

• Involvement in the timely processing of end-to-end Ireland, UK and International payrolls.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and internal / external business partners.
• Keep up to date with payroll related regulatory changes that may impact the business.
• Continuously reviewing of existing payroll procedures and providing suggestion for improvement where required.
• Assistance on Project related activities as required.

• Other ad-hoc duties, year-end tasks.

The skills you will bring to the team

• Prior experience gained in similar environment is desirable
• IPASS / Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent is desirable
• Experience of working cross functionally
• Strong PC and analytical experience
• SAP HR/Payroll experience desirable
