We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Assistant to join our team based at our Central Office on the Ormeau Road, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Assistant to join our team based at our Central Office on the Ormeau Road, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm (Flexible working with a hybrid working approach)
- 25 days’ paid holidays plus bank holidays (1 extra day per completed year of service to a maximum of 30)

- Play an instrumental role in navigating the culture, social impact and total employee experience by leading and driving the strategy on ‘Best employee experiences everyday’.
- This role will also oversee many day-to-day employees experience duties creating an inclusive, innovative, healthy and value based working environment.
- They will contribute to the Companies commitment to social impact by promoting and advising on employee benefits, health and wellbeing, equality and diversity and community involvement. Drive our internal communications
- Communicating and assisting in the review of employee benefit and rewards
- Drive our Health and Wellbeing Strategy
- Drive our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
- Leading development of organizational culture and staff engagement strategies.
- Supporting Executive Team on organizational change management.
- Executing People & Culture strategies. Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the company’s values are communicated effectively.
- Drive initiatives that nurture company culture
- Facilitate and oversee cultural training for all employees
- Partner with HR to integrate cultural considerations into hiring, onboarding, and employee development practices
- Coordinate and lead team-building events and activities
- Report on the effectiveness of cultural initiatives
- Drive various communication strategies for culture-related topics
- Act as a liaison and advocate for employee needs.
- Collaborate with company leaders to align culture with business goals
- Assist with onboarding and employee experience at induction

- Experience relevant to the role
- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently
- Able to prioritise to meet deadlines and organise complex activities
