What You’ll Do as a People & Culture Administrator – 12 months FTC

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including induction planning, new starter inductions, employment documentation, and exit interviews to ensure a seamless colleague experience.
  • Manage core People Administration processes, including colleague movements, organisational charts, absence management, service ticket resolution, people records, and employee queries.
  • Support performance and people lifecycle activities by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with end-of-year performance cycle preparation.
  • Oversee payroll and finance administration, including payroll reviews, purchase order processing, invoice tracking, and payroll data validation.
  • Enhance colleague experience by supporting recognition initiatives, People & Culture projects, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Produce accurate people data and reports while maintaining confidentiality, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of the People & Culture strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar P&C/HR administration role, with knowledge of Workday or other P&C systems being an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while using initiative and managing priorities independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a P&C qualification would be desirable.
