People & Culture Manager

The Keadeen Hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, Ireland's leading regional hotel group, is looking for a passionate People & Culture Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Champion our People & Culture strategy, focusing on talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who embody the iNUA spirit.
• Develop and implement innovative training programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
• Partner with hotel leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a People & Culture role, ideally within hospitality.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Are a passionate and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in building high-performing teams.
• Have a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on building positive relationships.
