What Youll Be Doing

In this dynamic, blended role, youll:

  • Partnering with leaders across Ireland as a trusted HR expert.
  • Youll be advising, solving complex people challenges, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment law
  • Support ER, capability building, and people development
  • Champion inclusion and a positive employee experience
  • Deliver highimpact training, both in regional centres and in the field.
  • Facilitate sessions that build skills, boost confidence, and drive results.
  • Use data and insight to influence decisions and performance
  • Collaborate with People COEs, Franchisees & Restaurant Leaders, Operations & Franchising Directors and Global L&D

This is a key role that shapes culture, builds capability, and strengthens performance across the business.

What background do I need to have

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone who has:

  • Deep knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • Experienced People Partner who cansupport leaders and influence the employee experience across Ireland.
  • Confidence as a facilitator who can energise a room and deliver impactful training.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a proactive mindset
  • A passion for inclusion, equity, and belonging
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a love for helping people grow
  • You must hold a full Irish driving licence.
