We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team based at the Mount Charles Group in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company and a dynamic people services team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of People Services and support the wider team in generalist administrative tasks. 


Working pattern 
  • 37.5 hours per week 
  • 9.00am to 5pm 
  • Hybrid working model

The Role 
  • Help the people service team onboard and offboard employees 
  • Oversee many day-to-day people services administrative duties creating an inclusive, innovative, healthy and value based working environment. 
  • Assist the people team in ensuring new hires and transitioning team members receive the right onboarding information at the right time (positively contributing to their future success within the company) 
  • Provide support for note taking for meetings for the people services team
  • Maintain and update employee records including all administrative task associated with these updates 
  • Provide support to employees in general communications pushed out by the people services team.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure the onboarding process remains compliant with local and regulatory requirements 
  • Assist with people and organisational administration task encompassing all live systems utilised by the people services team e.g. FLOW, Mapal, SeeMeHired and PAMS (no exhaustive) 
  • Processing and analysing data to assist with the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the people services team.

Essential Criteria:
  • Five GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent at grade C or above. 
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • This is an entry level role – a willingness to learn is paramount 

Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience working within a administrative function
  • Demonstrable experience in working with and understanding data 
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
