People Operations Specialist
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to drive high-quality recruitment processes and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
This role will be responsible for maintaining our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and leading recruitment coordination. You'll play a key role in improving people systems, ensuring HR compliance, and supporting our managers to deliver an excellent employee experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HR Operations:
- Own and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring accurate and compliant HR data across the employee lifecycle.
- Draft, issue, and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and visa documentation in line with legal and policy requirements.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between IT, payroll, and hiring teams.
- Act as the primary contact for employee queries regarding policy, entitlements, and HR systems.
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate timesheet and leave data for monthly submissions.
- Generate and analyse people data reports for headcount, absence, turnover, and recruitment KPIs.
Recruitment & Talent:
- Manage job postings and advertising across multiple channels, ensuring consistent employer branding.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on process, interview planning, and candidate experience.
- Own pre-boarding processes including background checks, references, and onboarding documentation.
People Projects & Compliance:
- Support delivery of HR initiatives such as policy reviews, performance cycle preparation, and engagement surveys.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure visibility and access for employees.
- Coordinate training and compliance activities including tracking of mandatory training completion.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in HR operations, recruitment, or people-related project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing an HRIS and supporting policy and compliance processes.
- Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders across different levels.
- Proven ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work independently.
