DESCRIPTION
Position at Logitech
HR Operations are responsible for the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups and all regions.
Your Contribution:
In this role you will be responsible for:
Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business.
Partnering with the extended HR team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support.
Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday).
Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements.
Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice.
Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes.
Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all times.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:
Educated to University Degree level in HR Management or other related field
Strong interest in the practical application of HR processes & practices and employment legislation
Working knowledge of Excel
Strong customer-service orientation
Excellent prioritisation & organisational skills, along with attention to detail
Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organisation
Strong process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions
Highly adaptable, demonstrated ability to multi-task & proven ability to work to tight timelines
