- Follow up outstanding information with customers and Local Markets, demonstrating attention to detail and professional challenge.
- Accurately update and maintain customer AML and PEP records on bank systems, ensuring a clear and auditable narrative.
- Escalate heightened risk matters and uncertainties in line with governance requirements
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, supporting enhancements to PEP and AML processes in a changing regulatory environment.
What You Will Bring
- Experience reviewing Business and/or Corporate Banking customers, with exposure to AML ODD and PEP‑related casework.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime, AML and PEP regulatory expectations, or a strong appetite to further develop PEP expertise.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines governed by SLAs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and evidencing.
- A collaborative, engaged team player who can also work effectively on their own initiative.
