We are now seeking an exceptional Person in Charge (PIC) to lead our Day Services team in North Wicklow and help shape positive outcomes for the people we support every day.

�� About the Role

As Person in Charge, you will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to a vibrant day service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

You will play a key role in creating an environment where individuals are empowered to achieve their personal goals, develop independence, and participate fully in their communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving quality, innovation, and person-centred practice.

�� What We're Looking For

You'll be a compassionate and confident leader who can inspire others and champion excellent service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

✔ CORU registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Social Care Worker, or an equivalent recognised qualification

✔ Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

✔ Previous experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism

✔ Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

✔ A commitment to person-centred, rights-based approaches

✔ Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
