Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of a residential service
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage and support your staff team
- Ensure full HIQA compliance & service standards
- Work closely with families & MDTs
About You
- Experience in residential/disability services
- Strong leadership & organisational skills
- Knowledge of HIQA standards
- Passion for quality care & positive outcomes
