At Sunbeam House Services, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful lives with choice, dignity, inclusion and independence. We're seeking a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports.

About the Role

✅ Lead and manage residential services
✅ Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
✅ Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
✅ Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice
✅ Develop, coach and support your team to deliver excellent care

What You'll Need

✔ CORU Registration (or eligibility as outlined by CORU requirements)
✔ Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
✔ Leadership and people management skills
✔ Full driving licence and access to a car
✔ Current right to work in Ireland
