MediCare Pharmacy Group is proud to be developing Northern Ireland’s first Central Dispensing Hub, introducing cutting-edge dispensing technology and new ways of working to support safer, more efficient patient care across our pharmacy network.
We are seeking ambitious and forward-thinking pharmacists to join this exciting new service and help lead the future of pharmacy operations within Northern Ireland.
As a Hub Pharmacist, you will play a central role in overseeing safe and effective dispensing processes within a highly innovative and technology-enabled environment. You will work closely with pharmacy, operational and technology teams to support the implementation and ongoing development of automated dispensing systems designed to enhance patient care and support our spoke pharmacy teams.

Essential Criteria
Registered pharmacist with current PSNI registration and right to work in the UK
Strong understanding of legal and professional oversight
Experience supporting hig-volume dispensing or production operations
Strong risk awareness and quality governance judgement
Comfortable operating in a non-patient-facing, production-led environment
Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
