Pharmacy Assistant

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor
• Assist customers with OTC medicines, healthcare, beauty, and grooming products
• Operate the POS system accurately, including sales transactions and cash handling
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, pricing, and replenishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment
• Respond to telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Assist with general retail and pharmacy duties as required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Retail or pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential

Work Pattern

Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend, and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
