What You’ll Be Doing:

· Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of sales performance, manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.

· Market Intelligence & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities

· Lead the Way: Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across the pharmacy.

· Be There for Customers: Champion a high standard of customer care by actively engaging with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.

· Create a Brilliant Team Culture: Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration within the team, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a shared sense of purpose.

· HR Compliance & People Practices: Stay fully informed of company HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair application within the team.

· Grow Your People: Empower team members through thoughtful delegation, mentoring, and ongoing feedback, supporting their growth and encouraging continuous learning and development.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 12 months management experience
