Pharmacy Sales Assistant and Website Administrator required to handles both in-store pharmacy support and the pharmacy’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Administration & E-commerce
- Website Management: Update the pharmacy’s website with new products, health information, and promotional banners (working with an external website designer).
- Order Fulfilment: Monitor the website for online orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate shipping.
- Digital Customer Service: Respond to online queries and handle customer support and feedback in accordance with healthcare privacy standards.
Pharmacy Sales Assistant Duties
- Provide information to customers on various OTC products and services.
- Monitor stock, track expiration dates and merchandising stock.
- Comfortable using computerised equipment such as cash registers and credit card machines.
- Advise customers on general OTC remedies, cosmetics, and first-aid, escalating medical queries to the pharmacist.
- Handle patient details and maintain strict adherence to healthcare and confidentiality regulations.
Essential Requirements
Retail experience is essential.
Technical Skills: Strong IT skills are a must. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is highly beneficial.
