We currently employ over 500 people across our Head Office and retail stores with 40 branches nationwide. Our central warehouse, buying offices, dispatch centre and e-commerce operations are all conducted from our home on the Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo. With buying offices also located in Ennis, and Dublin. Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.
The Role
We are currently expanding the team and have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Department as Photoshoot Production & Marketing Executive. We are looking for an ambitious professional who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and loves working on varied projects.
Responsibilities
Photoshoot Planning & Coordination:
- Develop shoot plans aligned with intake schedules, buyer requests, and budget.
- Coordinate shoot schedules with photographers/videographers and manage the photography calendar.
- Organize pre-shoot meetings to outline call sheets, briefs, and necessary logistics.
- Source locations, book models, and arrange accommodations, ensuring all permissions are secured.
- Coordinate shoot samples and props with e-Comm Executives and warehouse staff.
Shoot Execution & Logistics:
- Organise shoot-day logistics, including transportation, meals, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Assist the photographer on set, ensuring adherence to the brief.
- Provide styling notes, organize shoot items, and oversee sample management.
- Handle post-shoot tasks, including expense filing, sample returns, and systemized storage.
Content & Marketing Support:
- Assist the Head of Marketing with day-to-day operations and campaign planning.
- Coordinate content creation logistics and provide commercial insights for sales-driving campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing practices.
- Present campaign results, upcoming plans, and strategic recommendations in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels and introduce innovative content strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in marketing
- Marketing and/or fashion and lifestyle styling ,visual merchandising or related training/degree
- Video Production and Editing: Experience with video creation and editing software’s beneficial.
- Portfolio of previous work
- A strong interest in fashion, jewellery, gift & homeware products
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to make a creative impact
- A strong commercial focus for driving sales through visual assets
- Interest in digital marketing practices and latest social media trends
- A passion for media, social media and trends
