Physiotherapist, Senior
There is currently various permanent / specified purpose / part time / whole-time vacancies available in the HSE South West across Cork and Kerry. Individual sites / location will be indicated at expression of interest stage to panel members for each individual job.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Speech and Language Therapist, Senior from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration in Primary Care and Older Persons may be filled. This will include specific skills posts where clinical competencies may need to be demonstrated.
Purpose of the Post:
- The Physiotherapist, Senior will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering a coordinated approach to client care. S/he will be required to work as a key worker for particular cases.
- To be responsible for the provision of a high quality Physiotherapy Service in accordance with standards of professional practice.
- To work in conjunction with other team members in co-ordinating and developing the service to meet the needs of the population it serves in line with the objectives of the organisation.
- To work with the Community Healthcare Network Manager and Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the co-ordination, development and delivery of a quality, client centred physiotherapy service across and between networks in the geographical area.
- To carry out clinical and educational duties as required.
