We are currently looking for a full time Pizza Chef for our Avoca Dunboyne location. The ideal candidate would need to have Pizza Chef experience making high quality pizza's and pizza dough, and would have experience in customer service.
This role is for immediate start, 3-4 days per week. Day time hours only. Excellent rate of pay.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – A high standard of customer service is required for the role.
- Making pizza dough and Cooked pizza's to order for Foodhall & Cafe as per the Avoca recipes.
- Making Pre Pack Grab & Go Pizzas as per Avoca Recipe
- HACCP – Food systems management should be up to date and compliant with HACCP and EHO guidelines. All health and safety aspects such as food handling procedures, recording fridge temperatures etc., should be adhered to.
- Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager.
Requirements
- Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
- Experience working as a Commis Chef/Pizza Chef.
- Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
