Placenta Accreta Fellow

This fellowship will ideally suit a candidate who wishes to develop specialist knowledge and skills in treating Placenta Accreta Spectrum patients. This is a full-time twelve month post commencing July 2027.

The fellowship will include experience in undergraduate & postgraduate clinical teaching and clinical research with a view to high impact publications. It is also anticipated the successful candidate will pursue an MD thesis.

Requirements for the post:

Must hold appropriate IMC registration on the General / Trainee Specialist division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in Obstetrics/Gynaecology.

In addition;

The successful candidate should ideally have three years post-graduate Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience and have MRCPI and MRCOG as a minimum.

This is a 12 month contract and will be paid as Pt 1 on HSE Registrar Scale.
