The purpose of this post is to work as part of the Healthcare Play Service to provide both planned and spontaneous, developmentally appropriate play and recreational opportunities for children and young people across wards, the playroom, and other designated play areas, as appropriate.

Essential Requirements:
✨ A minimum of a QQI Level 6 (NFQ Level 6) Higher Certificate in Childcare, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline, or an equivalent recognised qualification
AND
✨ Experience working in a healthcare setting.
AND
✨ Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children in a group setting.
