Location: Shannon, Clare, Ireland

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30

Based at our client site and reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will take ownership in providing maintenance and installation on all plumbing related projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all plumbing and pipework under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.

Person Specification

• Recognised Plumbing trade qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
• Facilities maintenance experience is desirable.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal direction
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
