Policing and Community Safety Partnerships (PCSPs) are statutory local bodies with defined responsibilities in relation to policing, crime reduction and community safety. They were established under the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and operate in each council area.
The aim is to empower communities to develop solutions in partnership to tackle crime, fear of crime and anti-social behaviour.

The PCSP Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective operation and delivery of the Antrim and Newtownabbey PCSP. The post holder will assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of PCSP plans and initiatives that aim to improve community safety, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase public confidence in policing and community safety services across the borough.
