What will I be doing as a Restaurant Manager?

• Ensure outstanding service is delivered to drive customer satisfaction adn repeat visits.
• Ensure fast, efficient prep, cook and service operations.
• Develop labour schedules within budget and review shift efficiency.
• Conduct key item stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Track stock waste and optimise stock-on-hand value.
• Implement promotions and strategic sales initiatives.
• Drive higher spend per transaction through effective upselling.
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Maintain strong communication with the team and external partners.
