Location: Dawson Street, Dublin with Hybrid Working

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role:

The Portfolio Management Team forms a core part of the Corporate Banking Team. The core objectives of this role are production of insightful MI & Reporting for Corporate SMT and wider bank stakeholders, assist the management of Resources portfolio and assist in RAROC / RWA efficiency.

Corporate Banking is an exciting, diversified business delivering customer focused solutions and specialised products in private and public markets to the Bank’s large business customers. Corporate Banking places strong emphasis on relationship management, sector expertise and creating multi-disciplinary teams to add value for customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the day to day management of the Resources portfolio.
  • Manage weekly clearing committee operations.
  • Production of weekly/monthly portfolio reporting to Senior Management.
  • Production of various returns to Finance, Capital Unit, Capital Markets Ops teams.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Relationship Managers.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects/analysis for the Portfolio Management Team.

What you will bring:

  • You are detail oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Credit/banking experience desirable, but not essential.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data and information and to present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but with an understanding of when to ask questions.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and writing skills particularly in relation to reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good time management, organizational skills and ability to prioritise to deliver against tight deadlines.
