We’re looking for motivated, analytical, and creative graduates to join our PPC Graduate Programme. This is your opportunity to start a career in digital marketing with hands-on experience in paid media campaigns, supported by structured training and expert mentorship.

As part of our PPC team, you’ll learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with experienced specialists, contribute to live campaigns, and see firsthand how data-driven insights can fuel creativity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PPC team in creating, managing, and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Conduct keyword and audience research to inform strategy.
• Write compelling ad copy that engages and converts.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in producing client reports.
• Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with wider teams (Search, Brand, Consumer, Corporate & Sponsorship) to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Stay curious & keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and industry developments.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• A graduate in Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. You will have a level 8 degree obtained within the last 4 years.
• Able to work and live in Ireland. This is a hybrid role of initially 3 days in the office, so you will be Dublin-based.
• Awareness of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an eye for detail.
• A genuine curiosity about digital marketing and emerging advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and handling data (Excel, PowerPoint or Google Sheets).

Desirable:

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
