At Broadline Recruiters we are seeking experienced PPM Coordinator to join their team. The company works with public-sector and commercial clients across Munster and has seen strong growth in its planned and preventative maintenance contracts.

This is a new position due to growth and will report directly to management.

The Role

The PPM Coordinator will be responsible for organising and managing the day-to-day maintenance schedules across a number of contracts.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CAFM system and keeping contracts, assets, schedules and service records up to date.
  • Planning and scheduling planned maintenance visits.
  • Booking and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Following up with subcontractors to confirm attendance and collect service reports, certificates and paperwork.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients regarding maintenance schedules, queries and updates.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly service reports.
  • Logging and managing reactive maintenance callouts through to completion.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is in place, including RAMS, insurance, certificates and service records.
  • Keeping contract files organised and up to date for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Working closely with management to ensure maintenance contracts are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, scheduling or a similar role.
  • Experience working for an FM company or maintenance contractor would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and subcontractors.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience using CAFM systems such as Joblogic, SimPRO or BigChange would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

Salary:

€38-€42K
