Practice Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Clear Dental as Part-Time Practice Manager in our Dundonald practice. You will join a dynamic team of General and Specialist Dentists to provide excellent patient service. Using your experience within the Dental sector, you will think commercially whilst leading a patient focused service. You will be confident leading a team of between 5 to 10 employees and be responsible for all the normal day to day management responsibilities within a busy Dental Practice. This role is for 24 hours per week, worked across five days. We can offer flexibility around which days you work, however on your working days you will be based in the practice from 8:30am to 5:30pm​​​​​​​

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience of working in a Management Role.
• Previous experience in a Dental Practice

Desirable Criteria

• ILM Qualification (Level 3 or Level 5)
• Registration with the General Dental Council
• Diploma in Dental Nursing

Responsibilities
As a Practice Manager, your work will include:

• Managing the day to day running of the Practice. This will include a high level of Customer Service, the planning and deployment of staff, people management and coaching and development of the team.
• Managing staff performance to ensure the Practice is giving the Patient the best experience possible.
• Ensuring the Practice complies with RQIA and BDA expected standards/policies.
• Maintaining clinical governance, Clear Dental policies and Health and Safety policies.
