JOB TITLE: Principal Planning Officer
SALARY: PO8 NJC Spinal Column Points 48-50, £58,340-£60,694 per annum (plus 19% Employer pension contribution)
Full Time 37 hours per week - Permenant

The post holder is responsible to plan, monitor, manage and lead the delivery of local planning functions (development management, local development plan and enforcement) to a high professional standard, meeting customer needs in line with agreed performance objectives.
They will also be responsible to actively promote collaboration with both internal and external partners and stakeholders, to foster a culture of continuous improvement with a customer focus, in line with the Council’s strategic priorities and plans.
