WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Process Technician to join our team in Dublin. This person will be responsible for monitoring , controling and carrying out all operations related to the processing of MP-104 into Ioversol, as directed by the Process Supervisor.

YOUR ROLE

  • Carry out all duties associated with the Processing of Ioversol batches as directed.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of any issues and assist Process Supervisor with investigations and operations deviations.
  • Write and review manufacturing documentation as necessary, in line with GDP
  • Carry out area cleaning/housekeeping duties as per area /equipment housekeeping schedules.
  • Must participate as a member of the plant Emergency Response Team.
  • Take routine batch samples for analysis by QC.
  • Carry out all other duties as directed by relevant Process Supervisor
  • Maintain work area in a neat, safe and clean manner.
  • Participate in all site training programmes.
  • Fully comply with all site quality and safety policies.
  • Ensure that EHS roles and responsibilities are complied with as per the requirements of the site Safety Statemen
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on company needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education

  • Good leaving Certificate. Recognised qualification in Chemistry/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering desirable but not essential

Experience

  • 2-3 years previous industrial experience in a Manufacturing Environment, ideally in a Chemical/Pharmaceutical Processing / cGMP Environment desirable but not essential

Problem Solving

  • Non-routine problems require alertness and clear thinking, followed by quick corrective action.
  • All problems require clear communication with direct supervisors.

Accountability

  • Routine problems, if not adequately dealt with, can have serious consequences. e.g. equipment damage, product loss.
