 to support the hands-on assembly of life-saving medical devices, on a full time permanent basis. 🛠️ 

Production Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing

📍 Location: Enniscorthy, Wexford, Ireland 🕒 Shift: Days (6.15am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday) or Evenings (5pm to 3.15am Monday to Thursday) 🏢 Company: BD – Advancing the World of Health™

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by:

• Assembling medical devices with precision and consistency
• Ensuring compliance with GMP procedures and documentation standards
• Updating production records and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Communicating optimally with team members and supervisors
• Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across the production floor
• Working with microscopes and minute materials for extended periods
• Adapting to shift changes and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Maths and English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and timekeeping skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of cleanroom and GMP manufacturing practices
• Completion of second-level education
• Basic IT and administrative skills
