Product Lead

We are currently looking for a highly motivated product lead to join our team based from our offices in Bradford.

In this role you will own and manage key relationships with CCP’s external insurer partners, ensuring they operate as effectively as possible to help support key performance and outcomes.

Other essential job functions include:

• Implement and maintain a relationship framework that provides appropriate oversight of each of our insurer and ancillary partner relationships.
• Become a centre of excellence for any internal processes relating to insurers
• Produce management information reports on panel of insurers performance for sharing internally and externally with insurers
• Implementing product changes and rate changes, changes to insurer and broker documentation, commission and fee changes for motor insurance and premium finance.
• Work closely with the Product Team to support and contribute to the delivery new product development or existing product enhancements.

To be successful in this role you will have experience nurturing and maintaining key partner relationships especially within the UK motor or commercial fleet insurance industry. The ability to analyse data and be able to translate it into meaningful content to help tell the story is key to this role and you should also put relationship building at the heart of everything you do and understand the importance of a collaborative way of working with both internal and external stakeholders, along with the ability to be self-motivated, flexible in the way you work, a strong communicator and the ability to multitask.
