About the roleWe’re looking for an exceptional People Product Sales Executive to be the first hire into our Revolut People product sales team. You’ll have the opportunity of selling one of the most exciting products Revolut has released to date.

What you’ll be doing- Working independently to build and close a pipeline of customers from within Revolut’s existing customer base
- Proactively seeking out new clients by stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing
- Bring expertise in our product to customers and helping to close large sales opportunities
- Using solution based selling to understand customer needs, communicate, and display the Revolut People value proposition
- Becoming a product expert in Revolut People, its market positioning and the solutions it offers
- Meeting and exceeding the sales targets set by sales management in line with KPIs
- Providing customer feedback and building strong relationships with business owners in Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- 3+ years of demonstrable sales experience in end-to-end sales cycle
- An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- Strong listening and presentation skills with an ability to be comfortable when speaking and negotiating with senior executives
- A keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture
- A proven track record of selling HR SaaS products
- Curiosity within the HR and Recruitment sectors
- To be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building a network of external product promoters and champions across industries
