Reporting to Product Manager, the core function of the Product Specialist is to play a central role in supporting the CPC programme by managing and delivering key components of a programme of work aimed at satisfying commercial commitments of the teams portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of product Business Requirements 
• Manage new product/ campaigns launches form inception to go-to-market launch.
• Lead the design and implementation of sales and operational processes with appropriate engagement from subject matter professional for new products.
• Ensure implemented product or process is consistent with the design approved and delivers the value and customer benefits defined during the design approval process.
• Collaboratively work with numerous functions in group centre to develop engaging, customer experience enhancing propositions.

Requirements:

• Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to deadlines.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver required outcome.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and capitalise through implementing programmes of change.
• Detailed knowledge of Regulatory and Legislative requirements within which Products are developed and operate.
• Ability to lead, track and drive implementation of change across business areas.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based in St. Stephens Green Dublin.
