Production Administrator

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates cycle count requests, analyses variances, prepares reports
  • Performs physical inventory counts and records results using Oracle WMS (handheld) or Oracle Forms
  • Maintains Oracle and Oracle WMS configuration; provides support for system/technical issues impacting cycle counting
  • Performs periodic review of inventory adjustments, financial impact, and compliance
  • Receive deliveries, verify inventory accuracy, and confirm orders for shipment.
  • Monitor inventory movements to ensure stock accuracy and effective shipment tracking
  • Support inventory control initiatives to improve accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Skills/Experience.

  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and manage routine tasks independently.
  • Experience in a manfufacturing or industrial Enviroment is a bonus.

Required:

  • Computer competency essential
  • MS Office Suit
  • Oracle (desirable)
  • Admin background
