Production / Assembly Administrator

Responsibilities will include:

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production and Assembly departments

· Record incoming subcontractor components and mark received items off against the Master Tracker

· Identify and report any shortages, discrepancies, incorrect quantities or missing components

· Maintain accurate records of subcontractor deliveries and ensure delivery documentation is correctly filed and traceable

· Prepare and print project labels required for current Production and Assembly projects

· Create and prepare QR codes for new projects, ensuring the correct project information and documentation is linked and available

· Support the preparation, printing and organisation of production documentation and drawings where required

· Help ensure Production and Assembly teams have access to the correct and most up-to-date project information

· Assist with general production reporting, data entry, document control and other administrative duties as required

· Follow all company procedures and Health & Safety requirements while working within the production environment

Key Attributes

· Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment

· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications

· Capable of reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings to identify relevant parts, components and project information

· Strong checking and verification skills, with a focus on accuracy across delivery dockets, trackers and project documentation

· Effective at managing multiple projects, tasks and competing priorities simultaneously

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across different departments and a professional standard of English

· Proactive in identifying and following up on missing information, discrepancies or potential issues

· Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy, fast-paced production environment

· Collaborative team player, working closely with Production, Assembly and Yard teams

· Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and capable of working independently on assigned administrative tasks

· Experience in production administration, material tracking or manufacturing documentation desirable
