Production Group Leader
About the role
You will join us as Production Stream Group Leader to look after teams manufacturing our much-loved Cheestrings products.
We have recently completed building a new facility in Charleville, Co. Cork which is a significant investment to increase our Cheestrings capacity by 50%. You will be part of team shaping the future of a modern, highly automated environment working with the latest in cutting edge food production technology. You will lead production teams, ensuring our finished products continue to meet our highest quality standards and delighting our customers.

What you will be doing?
This role reports to Operations Manager. Responsibilities of Group Leader include:
- Leading and supporting Production Stream Team Leaders
- Overseeing overall plant performance, Team Leads performance and strategy of the plant
- Assisting with employees-related queries like medicals, disciplinary actions etc.
- Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
- Taking responsibility for H&S and Technical compliance

- You will be opened to change and support new initiatives with vision and strategy in mind. Building on your and your colleagues past experiences and new ideas you will promote innovation across the site.
- You will have a commercial drive and determination to keep great performance in your team. Your knowledge of the market and available technologies will help improving the performance
