The Opportunity

The Production Manager of GMP Operations is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery and execution of GMP manufacturing operations within a production.

This includes leadership of people, systems, and processes to achieve operational excellence, sustained inspection readiness, cost control, and business growth.

The role has end‑to‑end ownership of day‑to‑day manufacturing performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, people capability, and continuous improvement, while ensuring sustained inspection readiness and alignment to site objectives.

What you need to be successful

· BSc in a Life Science or Engineering subject (or equivalent)

· Significant experience leading GMP manufacturing operations, preferably oral solid dose using a broad range of technologies

· Proven experience leading teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

· Significant hands-on experience in pharmaceutical development and GMP manufacturing.

· Experience in dealing with clients and presenting on manufacturing performance, process control, deviations, and product quality to internal and external stakeholders.

· Hands on experience with deviations, CAPAs, change control, and audit support.
