Production Operators

Harmonics Recruitment are currently hiring for a number of Production Operators to join a renowned MNC. 

Our client has 2 shifts available, Nights & Swing Shift under a 12-month Contract and are offering a competitive package.

Hours of work:

Swing :

 8am to 4pm Mon - Thur and 3pm Friday

4pm to 12pm Mon- Thur and 3- 10pm

Nights: 

12pm -8am Mon - Thur and 10pm to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
