Production Operative

Aurora Beds is an Irish owned bed manufacturer based in Co. Cavan, supplying quality beds and mattresses to retailers throughout Ireland.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our growing production team.

This is a hands on role within our manufacturing facility, working as part of a team to produce quality beds and mattresses for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the production of beds and mattresses
• Working as part of a busy production team to meet daily production requirements
• Following production instructions and quality standards
• Checking products to ensure they meet Aurora Beds' quality requirements
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the production area

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a hands on, physical environment
• Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently when required
• Health and safety conscious

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
