PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Role Overview

A hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in a job done properly. You'll own the preparation and dispatch of dental units and stock items, keep inventory sharp and accurate, and help build a smooth, well-organised operation — with plenty of room to grow your skills and take on more as you go.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Preparation

Prepare dental units and stock items for dispatch via the Works Order system, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

Stock & Inventory Management

Own stock organisation through transfers and regular inventory checks, keeping records accurate and up to date at all times.

Goods-In & Supplier Deliveries

Receive supplier deliveries and record incoming stock in the system promptly and accurately.

Production Support

Support other areas of production as required, helping the team meet operational demands.

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment in line with health and safety standards.
