Our company is experiencing continued growth, and we are now seeking skilled and motivated Production Operatives to join our professional team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate assembly of timber roof trusses and posi-joists, working within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling timber components using tools and machinery (full training provided)
• Interpreting technical drawings and following cutting lists
• Ensuring all products meet quality control standards
• Working collaboratively to achieve production targets
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

Candidate Profile

• Hardworking, reliable, and committed to quality
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery
• Previous experience in timber manufacturing or construction is advantageous but not essential
