Your Role in Carbery's Success

Milk Intake & Separation Operator

How You Will Contribute

Receiving Milk and Using FIFO basis

Use SoftTrace system

Understand Chemi & Bacti results and determine rotation of Silos from same

Helping Drivers with weighbridge system if necessary

Running Separators and Pasteurisers

Completing all necessary Logsheets on MIS

Inputting works onto Pemac system

Maintaining high GMP standards and completing Glass & Hygiene Audits

Assisting in other area of plant if necessary

Compliance with H&S Standards

Familiarity with Sattline, Allen Bradley systems an advantage

Conscientious individual, with good attention to detail

Shift work and Weekends

Flexibility in the role
