📍 Location: Ballina, Co. Mayo

🕒 Shifts: Continental Shift (2 x 12hr days, 2 x 12hr nights) or Weekend Nights (2 x 12hr nights)

Hollister is currently hiring Production Operators to join our dynamic team in Ballina. If you have a background in manufacturing and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Operate to the highest standards using current SOPs
• Maintain key performance metrics like OEE and Clean & Check
• Become skilled in at least three operations within your area
• Support and train team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🤝 You’ll Share Responsibility For:

• Meeting production schedules
• Ensuring product quality
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Achieving spoilage and efficiency targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:  Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
• Advantageous: Experience in medical device/pharma or cleanroom environments
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, team-oriented
• Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent minimum requirement
• Language: Fluent English required
