Mergon International is seeking motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our team at the Castlepollard plant. This is a temporary full-time role operating on a 4-cycle shift pattern, with the requirement to work both day and night shifts, as well as every second weekend.

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including packing, labelling, equipment monitoring, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  • Pack and label materials/products accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and report potential issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure safe working practices are followed at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
