Headquartered in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we operate multiple manufacturing facilities in the southwest of Ireland, including Listowel, Charleville, Newmarket, and Farranfore. Additionally, we manage 29 Farm & Home stores throughout the region, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service. In Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, our presence extends to key locations in Portadown, Coleraine, and Ossett.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join the team at our Portadown Manufacturing facility. We’re looking for a positive leader to champion safety, inspire teams, and promote operational excellence.This is a Full - Time, permanent position with the following shift pattern and working hours0600-1430 Mon-Fri (You'll required to start 30mins befotre your shift which is paid as overtime) 

• Lead a team of up to 20 people on a fast-moving production line.
• Put Health & Safety at the heart of everything we do
• Ensure production of safe, high-quality products that customers trust
• Drive performance and exceed KPI targets (ATP, OEE, PPM, Waste reduction)
• Inspire and develop your team to achieve excellence and continuous improvement

• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment, experience of food manufacturing is highly desirable.
